Upgrade course designed to assist candidates who require re-assessment training or for new entrants to commercial catering who already hold their Natural Gas Core ACS qualification (CCN1 or an appropriate changeover).

On completion delegates will be able to demonstrate their safety awareness and competency in the contents of the course listed below in Natural Gas or LPG (with the appropriate core gas safety or changeover qualifications).

Practical workshop and theory
Candidates will be eligible to undertake the relevant commercial catering appliance assessments immediately following the training.
Recommendation for appropriate ACS commercial gas catering assessment(s).
The assessment, following this training, is open book and it is therefore highly recommended that candidates undertaking it have an up-to-date gas publication.
Candidates will also be provided with a training pack.
