Wet & Dry Systems 3 day course £425 + VAT

   All courses above will have a certification fee of £55.00 + VAT, if all courses are submitted together only one certification fee applies.   

Course Objective

This training course is designed to enable candidates to install any of the common types of ‘dry’ and ‘wet’ solid mineral and wood fuel burning equipment, dependant on course taken, including log‐burning or multi-fuel stoves in accordance with Building Regulations, manufacturer’s instructions and industry standards. It also covers the requirements for chimneys, flues and combustion air ventilation.

3 days including theory, practical and assessment for both.

Entry Requirements

Demonstrable, appropriate previous work experience in the construction industry, relating to combustion appliances/fuel storage systems.

Northern Ireland – Part L

Scotland – Section 3

Jersey – Part 3

OFT15-108W

Compulsory: OFTEC OFT15-108D

And

N/SVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing or equivalent earlier certification that proves evidence of competence in plumbing and heating to this level
