Water Regulations Assessments

The Water Regulations and Water Bylaws courses have been developed in collaboration with WRAS, the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme for England and Wales and are targeted at individuals who wish to carry out work with their local water company. Successful candidates are encouraged to join WIAPS – WRAS’s Approved Plumbers Scheme, which will let them carry out work without having to be approved by their local water company. An alternative is to join the Approved Contractors Scheme for those water supply companies that operate their own schemes. Upon completion of work, the Approved Plumber will issue a certificate for work completion to both the owner/occupier and the water company, making the Approved Plumber liable for any difficulties with this installation.
